Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats, gluten-free if desired

1/4 cup brewed coffee

3/4 cup lite coconut milk

2 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients into medium-size glass tupperware and mix.

Cover and transfer the tupperware into the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Top with more coconut cream, shredded toasted coconut, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
